Clara in Latin America is seeking an Operations Analyst to support daily fintech operations, help scale processes, and maintain regulatory compliance in a fast-paced environment. This entry‑level role is ideal for someone eager to learn and grow.

You’ll use Slack and Google Drive to coordinate across teams, assist in onboarding (KYC/KYB/AML), perform data entry, identify bottlenecks, and help generate KPI reports while collaborating with customer service, risk, and finance.

Responsabilidades

• Manage daily operational tasks and ensure seamless execution of processes using Slack and Google Drive to coordinate across teams.
• Assist onboarding procedures including KYC, KYB, and AML checks to ensure regulatory compliance.
• Perform data entry and maintain accurate operational systems and records.
• Identify bottlenecks in workflows and suggest actionable improvements to streamline operations.
• Generate reports on operational performance and track KPIs, escalating issues as needed.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with customer service, risk, and finance to keep workflows efficient.
