Fountain is hiring a Senior Software Engineer to join a global engineering team building scalable web applications for frontline workforce management. You will design, develop, and own features across frontend and backend, collaborating with designers, product managers, and other engineers in a fast-paced environment.

You will work with Ruby on Rails, React, TypeScript, and PostgreSQL to deliver reliable APIs and data models, while focusing on performance, security, and a superior user

Formación

• 7+ years of experience in full stack software engineering.
• Experience delivering enterprise-grade web applications.

Responsabilidades

• Design, develop, test, and maintain product features and enhancements.
• Collaborate with product and design teams to bring features to life.
• Review and collaborate with other developers' work.
• Implement RESTful API endpoints and backend in Ruby on Rails with PostgreSQL.
• Ensure quality, reliability, and security of products.
• Identify and address performance bottlenecks for scalability.
