Supply Technologies, a subsidiary of ParkOhio, is hiring a Fulfillment Lead to oversee end-to-end warehouse operations, from picking to shipping. You will manage daily activities, drive accuracy and efficiency, and partner with cross-functional teams to meet customer delivery expectations.

The role emphasizes safety, team leadership, and continuous improvement within a fast-paced environment that values accountability and collaboration.

Formación

• Ability to operate powered equipment with certification.
• Work safely at high levels and in a warehouse environment.
• Ability to lift 50 lbs or more and stand for extended periods.
• Must operate a scale and maintain accuracy in weights.
• Maintain a safe working environment and follow policies.
• Basic computer knowledge for inventory and reporting.
• Prior warehouse experience is required.
• Experience leading a warehouse team or supervisor role.

Responsabilidades

• Lead end-to-end fulfillment operations in a fast-paced warehouse.
• Oversee order accuracy, QA, audits, and process improvements.
• Collaborate with inventory, procurement, and customer service to resolve stock discrepancies.
• Train new hires and coach team members to achieve operational excellence.
