PPG is seeking a Warehouse Chief to ensure resources and processes support a customer-focused supply chain in our distribution center in Iztacalco. You will lead teams, align tasks with goals, and coordinate HR, safety, and budget management to sustain operational excellence.

The role requires oversight of receiving, storage, order fulfillment, and delivery while maintaining inventory integrity and driving improvement initiatives.

Formación

• 2+ years of experience in inventory and warehouse management, including personnel management.
• Intermediate English proficiency.
• Microsoft Office and Excel proficiency.

Responsabilidades

• Manage work teams to meet customer requirements throughout supply chain and distribution.
• Align tasks with strategic goals and improve KBIs and indicators.
• Coordinate with HR to maintain workforce for daily operations.
• Maintain health, safety, hygiene and security standards in the distribution center.
• Oversee receiving, storage, order fulfillment and product delivery with inventory accuracy.
• Manage annual operating budget for OPEX and CAPEX allocations.
• Guide projects to optimize inventory and reduce obsolescence risk.
