Conectiv Supply Chain Solutions, Inc. is seeking a Supervisor, Operations 1st Shift (Direct to Consumer) to lead a warehouse picking and packing team in Memphis, Tennessee. You will ensure accurate, on-time order fulfillment and drive continuous improvement, safety, and productivity.

• Three to five years related supervisory experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
• Knowledge of warehouse operations, procedures, and systems.
• Demonstrated ability to meet deadlines, solve problems, and adapt to change.
• Strong organizational skills and customer-focused mindset.

Responsabilidades

• Monitor daily picking activities to ensure orders are completed accurately and on time.
• Identify, develop, and implement processes to improve picking efficiency and minimize bottlenecks.
• Reviewing work forecasts to determine productivity requirements to meet daily goals.
• Collaborate with other Supervisors to balance labor and workload distributed appropriately.
• Collaborate with departments to develop strategic plans for efficient warehouse practices.
• Enforce operating instructions and safety policies.
• Directly supervise the picking department, including hiring, coaching, and training employees.
• Demonstrate strong interpersonal skills for communication with stakeholders.
• Implement and verify effective strategies using minimal company resources.
• Verify quality and productivity standards, write detailed reports, and present findings in meetings.
• Follow strict safety procedures using computer software tools to measure performance.
• Work well in a team environment, collaborating with Inventory staff to achieve objectives.
• Schedule and oversee warehouse staff.
• Conduct timely and constructive performance evaluations.
