Job summary

Qualifications

• Experience in front desk operations and guest services.
• Ability to supervise a small team and coordinate shifts.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Supervise front office team: lead procedures for check-ins/check-outs and guest service delivery.
• Lead day-to-day operations: create schedules, assign tasks, conduct pre-shift meetings, coach staff.
• Lead guest issue resolution: respond to inquiries and assist team with escalated situations.
• Manage lobby flow: monitor guest traffic and adjust coverage for efficiency.
