• Manage daily hotel operations: front desk, staffing, room inventory, guest service, and policy compliance
• Delight guests with upbeat, friendly service and resolve issues promptly
• Assist across departments including bell service or front desk during breaks
• Monitor property safety, security, and service quality with timely issue resolution
• Provide regular updates and training to keep the team informed
• Track guest satisfaction metrics and implement improvements
• Supervise and support team members, fostering a positive work environment
