Job summary

Mama Shelter is expanding into Mexico City and seeking a dynamic Front Office Head to lead the team, ensure guest satisfaction, and drive sales for the shop, restaurant, and events. You will be the department head, reporting to Management and collaborating with Marketing to promote Mama services.

You will recruit, train, and empower the Front Office team, while maintaining an exceptional guest experience and a positive, welcoming atmosphere across shifts.
