Mama Shelter in Mexico City seeks an Executive Chef to lead the kitchen, ensure the highest standards of culinary excellence, and deliver the distinct Mama experience. You will drive quality, manage costs, and nurture a dynamic, high-performing team in a vibrant urban setting.

You will develop talent, translate recipes into actionable procedures, and uphold strict food safety and hygiene practices while maintaining exceptional service and guest satisfaction.

Formación

• Strong organizational ability to stay in control during busy hours.
• Ability to follow Mama's recipes exactly and ensure correct quantities and presentation.
• Capable of translating recipes into clear technical sheets.
• Strong eye for talent and ability to develop staff to reach potential.

• Versatile and hands-on, understands every kitchen position.

Responsabilidades

• Oversee quality and consistency of culinary experience across kitchen.
• Manage and optimize kitchen costs while maintaining Mama's generosity.
• Inspire, lead, develop and supervise kitchen team to high performance.
• Ensure food safety, hygiene, sanitation standards; proper use and maintenance of equipment.
• Lead by example to ensure each plate delivers the Mama experience.
