Genpact is seeking a Front Line Manager for F&A with strong R2R experience. You will oversee journal entries, month-end close, and regulatory reporting while guiding the accounting team to deliver accurate financials for multiple legal entities.

You will work in a hybrid role in Mexico, collaborating with senior leaders to drive operational efficiency and financial controls, using Oracle and SAP ERP platforms to standardize processes.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelors in Accounting, Commerce, Economics or Finance with advanced financial knowledge.
• Masters in Finance or related field is a plus.
• Professional certifications CFA/FRM enhance candidacy.

Job Description

Ensure the accuracy of financial records and compliance with accounting standards across the organization. Oversee the preparation of journal entries and manage the month‑end and year‑end closing processes, ensuring timely and accurate financial reporting. Generate and review financial statements for legal entities, ensuring overall accuracy and compliance with regulatory requirements. Overseeing the management of Oracle Asset Management modules for additions, transfers, sales, and depreciation. Review of balance sheet reconciliations to ensure account accuracy and completeness. Collaborate with senior leadership to develop strategies for financial reporting and operational efficiency. Mentor and lead the financial accounting team, promoting a culture of accuracy, accountability, and continuous improvement.
