Job summary

Genpact in Mexico is seeking a Specialist - F&A - R2R to join our Finance team. You will manage month-end close, reporting, consolidations, and balance sheet reconciliations, ensuring controls and KPIs are met, and supporting intercompany processes.

You will work with SAP ERP, collaborate with global teams, and contribute to process improvements and audits. Fluency in English (B2) required; hybrid work arrangement in Ciudad Juárez allows on-site collaboration and remote work as needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• Experience with month-end close, reporting, and controls.
• Strong knowledge of R2R processes and intercompany reconciliations.

Responsibilities

• Perform month-end close activities with accuracy and timeliness.
• Produce and review balance sheet accounts reconciliations.
• Support reporting, consolidations, and audit deliverables.
• Drive process improvements and automation opportunities in the R2R cycle.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal controls.

Job Description

• In this role, you will be responsible for all the activities related to month end closing activities.
• Reporting & consolidations.
• Ensure adherence and meeting the KPIs / SLA and review the timely execution of controls
• Drive the audit deliverables and timely submission of evidence in line with requirements
• Produce quarterly, annual and audited statutory financial statements
• Review & Posting of Month End Journal Entries
• Review & Performing Month End Close activities
• Prepare & Review of Balance sheet Accounts Reconciliations
• Handle quarterly intercompany process Resolution of Balancing Items
• Experienced Accounting Knowledge (With Closing & reporting experience)
• Build customer relationship, drive confidence, and improve customer happiness and lead all the process update calls with customers whenever required
• Find opportunities and recommend solutions for process and automation improvements
