Genpact, a global leader in AI-driven technology services, seeks a Compliance professional to conduct audits, assess risks, and strengthen governance across banking and capital markets functions. You will design, implement, and monitor control frameworks while collaborating with cross‑functional teams to embed compliant practices.

The role emphasizes guidance on regulatory changes, risk controls, and transparent reporting.

Formación

• Bachelor degrees in Accounting, Finance, or related fields.
• Experience in Banking and Capital Markets FP&A, Reconciliation, Record to Report.
• English proficiency at Upper Intermediate (B2).
• Knowledge of ERP SAP or Oracle; advanced Excel skills.

Responsabilidades

• Conduct compliance audits, risk assessments, and control reviews to ensure regulatory adherence.
• Develop and monitor compliance frameworks to strengthen governance and minimize risk.
• Identify risk exposures and support action plans.
• Provide guidance to business teams on regulatory changes and risk controls.

• Prepare compliance reports and dashboards for management and regulators.

Responsibilities

• Conduct compliance audits, risk assessments, and control reviews to ensure adherence to regulatory requirements and internal policies.
• Develop, implement, and monitor compliance frameworks that strengthen governance and minimize operational risks.
• Identify potential risk exposures, recommend mitigation strategies, and support execution of corrective action plans.
• Provide subject matter guidance to business teams on compliance issues, regulatory changes, and risk controls.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to embed compliance practices and resolve risk‑related concerns.
• Prepare accurate compliance reports, documentation, and dashboards for management and regulatory reviews.
• Deliver training sessions and awareness programs to promote compliance culture and best practices across teams.

• Bachelors in Accounting, Bachelors in Commerce, Bachelors in Economics, Bachelors in Finance, Masters in Finance
• Professional Experience and Years of Experience in Banking and Capital Markets Financial Planning and Analysis, Reconciliation, Record to Report
• English - Upper Intermediate
• B2
• Knowledge ERPS SAP, Oracle etc
• Advanced Excel
