Job summary

DOMA Curated Stays is seeking a Front Desk Manager to lead our on-site front desk team in the Mexico City metropolitan area. You will supervise daily operations, manage check-ins/outs, handle reservations, and resolve guest inquiries to ensure outstanding service from arrival to departure.

You will train staff, monitor lobby standards, and coordinate with housekeeping and other departments. Strong English and Spanish communication is essential, with flexible hours including evenings and weekends.

Qualifications

• Experience in front desk operations and guest services.
• Proven ability to train and lead a team.
• Fluent in English; Spanish required.
• Experience with reservations, check-ins/outs, and reporting.
• Knowledge of hotel management software and MS Office.
