Hyatt Hotels Corporation at Hotel San Fernando in Mexico City is seeking a friendly, customer-focused host who will be the first point of contact for guests. You will contribute to a chic, authentic hospitality experience, ensuring warmth and professional service in a boutique setting.

No prior experience is required for this role; fluent English is essential, and the position requires full schedule availability including rotating shifts.

Qualifications

• No previous experience in the position required.
• A genuine passion for service and direct interaction with guests.
• Strong problem-solving skills, active listening, empathy, and genuine care.
• Fluent English communication skills.
• Full schedule availability (including rotating shifts and days off).
• Ideally (but not required), a Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality or a related technical field.
