PRIMO is seeking an Account Manager in Monterrey to own customer relationships and drive retention and growth. You will coordinate with Customer Service and Carrier Sales to meet service levels, margin targets, and volume goals while serving as the main contact for operational, commercial, and administrative needs.

The role requires a bachelor’s degree in business/logistics, 3–6 years in freight brokerage or transportation, 1–2 years of team leadership, and English level B2.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in business, operations, supply chain, commerce or a related field.
• 3 to 6 years of experience in freight brokerage or transportation.
• 1 to 2 years of experience leading teams.
• Proven track record of growing accounts while maintaining service quality and margin.
• English level B2.

Responsabilidades

• Serve as the main point of contact for customer operations, performance reviews and escalations.
• Build quarterly account plans and a growth roadmap covering volume, lanes, service targets and margin objectives.
• Work with Carrier Sales on capacity strategy and with Customer Service on execution and updates.
• Monitor daily performance (tracking, exceptions, PODs, accessorials) and keep customers informed.
• Lead weekly business reviews (WBRs) and monthly service reviews, analyze KPIs and implement corrective actions.
• Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities and partner with the commercial team on pricing and contract renewals.
• Keep data and documentation accurate in the TMS.
