DiDi is seeking a Franchise Business Developer in Mexico to identify, onboard, and scale franchise partners who manage driver communities. You will act as a business consultant, helping partners grow from 0 to 100 while maintaining high operational standards.

You'll spend 90% of your time in the field, building real relationships and understanding the local market, as you drive strategy and growth for the platform in Mexico.

Competenze

• 4+ years in business development, KAM, or sales.
• Experience in Corporate Banking (PyME), Fleet/Leasing, or Franchise Development.
• Grit to open new markets with an analytical portfolio mindset.
• Proficient in Excel and Google Suite.

Mansioni

• Strategic hunting: prospect and close deals with new franchise partners (SMEs, fleet owners, entrepreneurs).
• Business farming: lead growth, optimize costs, recruit, and scale operations for onboarded partners.
• Lifecycle management: manage onboarding to monthly performance reviews and ranking.
• Data-driven consulting: use dashboards and KPIs to identify gaps and advise partners.
• Be the face of DiDi: spend 90% of time in the field building relationships and understanding the local market.
