Job summary

Colgate-Palmolive Mexico City is seeking a CBS Accounting & Reporting Analyst to join the Record-to-Report (R2R) team. You will ensure accuracy and timeliness of financial data across assigned entities and manage end-to-end MEC under US GAAP.

The role involves balance sheet reconciliations, intercompany service billing, local tax compliance, and collaboration with auditors, with emphasis on SOX controls and process automation.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or CPA certification.
• At least 2 years of corporate accounting experience.
• Advanced Excel and Google Workspace proficiency.
• Intermediate English proficiency.
• Experience with US GAAP and tax compliance is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end MEC under US GAAP, journal entries and closing.
• Perform balance sheet reconciliations and variance analysis.
• Intercompany service fee billing, tax stamping and collections.
• Support local tax compliance and regulatory reporting.
• Coordinate with auditors and enforce SOX controls; assist automation.
