Job summary

PepsiCo is seeking a Finance Support Analyst to join the Global Digital Planning team in Mexico City. You will bridge Finance with Technology, supporting planning, forecasting, and month-end close using IBM Planning Analytics (TM1) and data analytics.

You will collaborate with Sales Finance, Supply Chain Finance, and IT to translate business needs into practical solutions, while expanding your expertise in FP&A and automation across diverse functions.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in FP&A, financial analysis, or related finance areas.
• Strong English communication skills, written and verbal.
• Analytical and problem‑solving abilities with data to translate business needs into practical solutions.
• Ability to collaborate across Finance, IT and other teams.
• Curiosity to learn new technologies and adapt in a dynamic environment.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Excel and data visualization tools.
• Familiarity with IBM Planning Analytics / TM1, Alteryx, scripting or other planning technologies is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Support critical FP&A and planning processes, including month-end close, forecasting, and budgeting.
• Partner with Finance and cross-functional stakeholders to translate business needs into IBM Planning Analytics solutions.
• Serve as a Subject Matter Expert for IBM Planning Analytics (TM1) and provide day-to-day support to end users.
• Identify opportunities to simplify and automate planning processes for continuous improvement.
• Lead issue resolution from identification through closure with root-cause analysis.
• Collaborate with IT and external consultants to coordinate fixes and enhancements.
• Support system testing and releases to ensure stability of planning processes.
• Develop and deliver training for users across the organization.
