Job summary

SC Johnson is seeking a Commercial Finance professional to drive Net Sales growth, improve Net Pricing, and optimize trade investments across the cluster. You will partner with Country Managers, Sales and Marketing to provide financial insights, support strategic decisions, and maximize customer profitability.

You will lead financial analysis, forecasting, ROI evaluations, and help guide a team toward delivering measurable profit improvements. Strong analytical and communication skills required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or related fields.
• 4–5 years of experience in FP&A, P&L management, financial planning.
• Advanced Excel skills and data analysis capabilities.
• Advanced proficiency in English, written and spoken.

Responsibilities

• Provide Strategic Business Cases, Financial Simulation and Analysis.
• Partner with cross-functional teams to optimize trade spend, promotional effectiveness, and pricing strategies.
• Collaborate with Commercial and marketing support for profitability forecasts.
• Reconcile trade spending and ensure accuracy of accruals; support annual targets.
• Lead and develop a team member, fostering a collaborative, results-driven environment.
