SC Johnson is hiring an Associate Manager in Mexico City to drive financial growth in partnership with Marketing, delivering strategic and tactical insights from performance data, macro trends, and the competitive landscape.

You will support business planning with rigorous financial analysis, lead forecasting and budgeting for media investments, and help ensure alignment with the company’s long-term vision.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting or equivalent is required.
• 5+ years of experience in FP&A, financial planning or similar in a multinational.
• Advanced English and Spanish are required.
• Strong knowledge of forecasting, budgeting, and month-end closing.

Responsibilities

• Support ROI analysis to inform future expenditure and profitability.
• Lead financial planning of media investments and promotion expenses.
• Establish controls for media budgets and profitability.
• Produce monthly P&L by category with variance analysis.
