Retail Human Resources plc is seeking an ambitious Business Development Executive to drive expansion across Mexico and the broader LATAM region. You will collaborate with sales, marketing and client relations to grow the partner and client network, pursuing new business opportunities and converting leads into active trading clients.

The role requires strong communication and negotiation skills, with a genuine interest in financial markets and the forex industry.

Formación

• Experience in business development, sales, or account management within forex/CFD.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Genuine interest in financial markets and forex industry.

Responsabilidades

• Identify and pursue new business opportunities in Mexico and LATAM.
• Build relationships with introducing brokers (IBs), affiliates, and partners.
• Convert leads into active trading clients and represent the company at events.
• Conduct market research to spot opportunities and aid strategy development with senior management.
