BMW Group in Mexico is seeking a senior operations leader to run employee dining facilities, canteens, and vending in a large industrial setting. You will ensure safe, high‑quality culinary experiences and drive supplier performance and continuous improvement across services.

The role requires 5+ years in corporate food services, strong HACCP knowledge, budget control, and business English to collaborate with cross‑functional teams.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in nutrition, Food Engineering, Gastronomy, Hospitality/Tourism Management, or Business Administration.
• Minimum of 5 years of relevant professional experience managing food services in corporate or industrial environments.
• Strong knowledge of food safety and Mexican hygiene standards, with budget control, cost management and KPIs.
• Business English.
• Excellent stakeholder management and the ability to communicate results.

Responsabilidades

• Steer daily operations across canteens, food retail points, and vending services, maintaining service continuity, high quality, and strong employee satisfaction.
• Manage external catering and service partners, monitoring SLAs, supplier performance, contract compliance, and continuous improvement plans.
• Enforce rigorous hygiene and food safety standards (HACCP, NOM-251), overseeing audits, allergen controls, and corrective actions.
• Take ownership of budgets, cost controls, and efficiency initiatives while optimizing resources and minimizing food waste.
• Drive the digital transformation of administrative workflows and lead cross functional improvement projects.

• Steer daily operations across canteens, food retail points, and vending services, maintaining consistent service continuity, high quality, and strong employee satisfaction.
• Manage external catering and service partners, monitoring service level agreements (SLAs), supplier performance, contract compliance, and continuous improvement plans.
• Enforce rigorous hygiene and food safety standards (HACCP, NOM-251), overseeing audits, allergen controls, and immediate corrective actions.
• Take ownership of operational and investment budgets, cost controls, and efficiency initiatives while optimizing resources and minimizing food waste.
• Drive the digital transformation of administrative workflows, coordinate facility renovations or new service concepts, and lead cross functional improvement projects.

What should you bring along?

To successfully drive this role, we are looking for a service oriented professional who combines rigorous food safety expertise with strong operational and vendor management skills:

• Bachelor's degree in nutrition, Food Engineering, Gastronomy, Hospitality/Tourism Management, or Business Administration.
• Minimum of5 yearsof relevant professional experience managing food services in corporate or industrial environments, overseeing outsourced operations and catering providers.
• Strong knowledge of food safety and Mexican hygiene standards, combined with proven experience in budget control, cost management, and operational KPIs.
• Business English.
• Excellent stakeholder management, strong problem solving skills, and the ability to communicate results.
