BMW Group is seeking a seasoned operations professional to lead the dining facilities for a large-scale industrial environment. You will oversee canteens, food retail and vending services, ensuring safe, high-quality culinary experiences for our team.

Key focus areas include vendor management, HACCP-based food safety, budgeting, and driving digital workflow improvements across facilities. A strong business English background is required.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in nutrition, Food Engineering, Gastronomy, Hospitality/Tourism Management or Business Administration.
• Minimum of 5 years managing food services in corporate or industrial environments.
• Strong knowledge of food safety and Mexican hygiene standards; budget control and KPIs.
• Business English required for stakeholder communication.
• Excellent stakeholder management and problem-solving skills.

Responsabilidades

• Steer daily operations across canteens, food retail, and vending, ensuring quality and high employee satisfaction.
• Manage external catering partners, monitor SLAs, supplier performance, and contract compliance.
• Enforce hygiene and food safety standards (HACCP, NOM-251), audits, allergen controls, and corrective actions.
• Own budgets and cost controls; drive efficiency and minimize food waste.
• Lead digital transformations of admin workflows and cross-functional improvement projects.
