BMW Group is seeking a dining operations leader to oversee employee canteens, catering and vending services within a large industrial setting. You will ensure safe, high-quality culinary experiences and reliable service for our teams.

You will steer budgets, manage external partners, and drive efficiencies while advancing digital workflows and continuous improvement across facilities. A strong background in food safety and stakeholder management is essential.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in nutrition, Food Engineering, Gastronomy, Hospitality/Tourism Management, or Business Administration.
• Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience managing food services in corporate or industrial settings.
• Strong knowledge of food safety and Mexican hygiene standards; budget control and KPI experience.
• Business English proficiency.
• Excellent stakeholder management and problem-solving skills.

Responsabilidades

• Lead daily operations of canteens, food retail, and vending services in a large industrial environment.
• Manage external catering partners, monitor SLAs and supplier performance.
• Enforce HACCP and NOM-251, oversee audits and corrective actions.
• Own budgets, cost controls, and efficiency initiatives to reduce waste.
• Drive digital transformation of administrative workflows and cross-functional improvement projects.
