Job summary

IKEA Mexico City, Oceanía, is seeking a Customer-Facing Associate to support the store team and enhance the customer experience on the floor. You will spend at least 80% of your time assisting customers, listening to their needs, and helping co-workers to deliver great service.

You act as a role model during your shift when the area manager is not present. You will be involved in driving sales through a service-minded attitude, while contributing to a welcoming atmosphere that encourages repeat
