Ikano-Retail in Mexico City (Oceanía) is seeking a customer-focused retail team member to support store leadership, drive food offers and create a welcoming atmosphere. You will stand in for the area manager when needed, lead by example, and spend most of your time on the floor helping customers and colleagues.

Qualifications

• Experience of working in vibrant retail environment with proven track record.
• Experience of serving customers.

• Experience of developing action plans.
• Knowledge of the IKEA Concept, including our vision and business idea, IKEA culture and values, and how we create our business advantages.
