Caterpillar Inc. is seeking a role to support customers with InSight Platform enablement and lead InSight Connect project management to connect units to the InSight Platform.

The position involves working with customers and Solar employees to define and execute network activations, provide leadership for project tasks, and support service agreement deliverables for connected equipment.

Responsabilidades

• Coordinate connectivity projects of low complexity using standard solutions.
• Lead InSight Connect network activation with customers and Solar teams to enable Digital products.
• Provide leadership to complete project tasks and ensure service-delivery for connected equipment.
• Define, design, manage and complete enablement projects with proper documentation.
• Occasionally visit customer sites for assessment and execution of works; train field staff and customers.
• Collaborate with Network & Systems Engineers to improve connectivity solutions and processes.

Role Definition

This position supports customers with InSight Platform enablement, responsible for InSight Connect project management to “get units connected” to InSight Platform.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for connectivity projects, with low complexity, using standard connectivity solutions.
• Working closely with Customers, and Solar employees to define and execute InSight Connect network activation to enable Solar Digital products. Providing leadership in completing project tasks and customer service in interfacing with internal and external customers to support service agreement deliverables for connected equipment. Digital product sales support.
• Enablement project definition, design, management and completion. Technical documentation creation and updates. InSight Activation to get units connected. Diagnostic report creation and validation. Support InSight development initiatives.
• Occasional customer site visits to assess and/or execute works Training for field service and customers, as required. Continuous quality improvement. Collaborate with a team of Network & Systems Engineers to optimize and iterate on connectivity solutions.
