Segoso Mexico is seeking a motivated Call Center Representative to join our dynamic team. The successful candidate will be a 1st Party Collection Representative who is customer-focused, detail-oriented, and a strong communicator, thriving in a fast-paced environment.

You will manage high volumes of calls, resolve inquiries, cure accounts, and contribute to meeting personal and team performance metrics. The role includes paid training and a competitive hourly pay with a monthly bonus structure.

Formación

• Strong call center skills with a focus on delivering an excellent customer experience.
• Proven negotiation skills to handle sensitive or challenging situations effectively.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
