Formación

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Experience in customer service or financial risk/fraud prevention preferred.
• Fluent English required; strong communication and analytical skills.

Responsabilidades

• Provide support for inquiries related to financial risk management, fraud detection, and compliance issues.
• Assist customers in understanding policies and risk assessment procedures.
• Handle queries via phone, email, or chat in a professional and timely manner.
