Epicor is seeking a motivated student for a customer support role in Monterrey. You will answer incoming calls and emails, obtain details about inquiries, provide initial help, and route unresolved issues to the appropriate department.

You will also help maintain customer databases and participate in team trainings and meetings. Requirements include being enrolled in a BS in Finance, Accounting or Administration, advanced English, and a proactive attitude.

Responsabilidades

• Answer incoming calls and respond to customer inquiries via email or phone.
• Provide support on call-backs to gather details about inquiries.
• Direct customers to the appropriate department for further assistance.
• Monitor feedback and escalate unresolved concerns to team leaders.
• Help maintain and update customer databases.
• Participate in training sessions and team meetings
