Job summary

Coface in Mexico City is seeking a Finance Manager for its SSC to lead financial operations across multiple business units. The role demands rigor, discretion and strong leadership in a multinational environment.

You will oversee AP/AR/GL, drive process standardization, ensure robust internal controls, and partner with senior stakeholders to enable strategic decisions. Fluency in English and Spanish is required.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of finance experience, with at least 3 years in a shared services or multinational environment.
• Bilingual in English and Spanish is required.
• Strong knowledge of IFRS/GAAP, internal controls, and financial systems (SAP/Oracle).

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day finance operations within the SSC, including AP, AR, GL, and reporting functions.
• Ensure timely and accurate month-end and year-end close processes.
• Drive standardization and continuous improvement of financial processes and controls.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support business units and ensure alignment with corporate financial policies.
• Manage and develop a team of finance professionals, fostering a high-performance culture.
• Monitor compliance with internal controls, accounting standards, and regulatory requirements.
• Support internal and external audits, ensuring readiness and documentation accuracy.
• Provide financial insights and analysis to support strategic decision-making.
