Coface is seeking an Accounts Payable Team Leader for its Shared Services Center in Mexico City. You will lead a team of AP professionals, manage regional processing across multiple countries, and drive KPI improvements while ensuring strong internal controls.

The role offers a flexible hybrid work model and a competitive compensation package. You will collaborate with Finance teams, support continuous improvement initiatives, and ensure audit readiness through robust SOPs and governance

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree in Administration, Finance, or Accounting.
• 5–7 years of experience in finance or accounting; SSC experience and team leadership.
• English: Working proficiency; Spanish: Working proficiency; Portuguese: Desirable.

Aufgaben

• Lead and coach a team of AP professionals; onboarding and performance feedback.
• Oversee end-to-end AP execution across MX/US/CA/AR/CL/BR.
• Monitor KPIs, SLA, cycle time, and backlog; drive actions.
• Coordinate with regional stakeholders and SSC governance.
• Promote standardization, SOP updates, and automation opportunities.
• Maintain documentation, controls, and audit readiness.
