Job summary
SUN PHARMA in Mexico City seeks an experienced Finance Manager to act as a trusted financial advisor and strategic business partner to the Country Manager and regional finance leaders. The role will oversee budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning while guiding a team and partnering with Commercial, HR and Supply Chain functions to drive performance.
Required is a degree in accounting or finance, strong tax experience, and a background in the pharmaceutical industry, with advanced English
Qualifications
- Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
- Strong experience in Tax.
- Previous experience in the pharmaceutical industry.
- Strong analytical and business-partnering skills.
- Proven experience leading teams.
- Ability to combine strategic thinking with hands-on execution.
- Advanced English required.
Responsibilities
- Lead Budget, Forecasting, Financial Planning, and Variance Analysis.
- Provide financial insights and recommendations to support business decisions.
- Work directly with Corporate Finance teams across Emerging Markets.
- Lead and develop a team.
- Partner with Commercial, HR, Supply Chain, and other functions to drive business performance.
