Apply for the Country Manager (Mexico) role at MD Finance

We are looking for a talented Country Manager (HQ) to join MD Finance. In this role, you will represent the HQ within our Mexico subsidiary and take end-to-end ownership of daily operations and business performance. You will lead core processes and ensure that the subsidiary operates in line with MD Finance standards while meeting local regulatory requirements.

This role requires on-site presence in Mexico.

Main Responsibilities

• Represent MDfin’s interests within the subsidiary company and ensure adherence to corporate standards and policies.
• Operational management: lead and oversee day-to-day operations.
• Recruit and train operational staff: build, onboard, and develop a high-performing team; set SOPs and training programs.
• P&L responsibility: monitor revenues and expenses, ensuring profitability and liquidity.
• Communication and strategic alignment: support effective communication and coordination between MDfin and the Mexico subsidiary.
• Business scaling and efficiency: participate in business growth initiatives and drive operational efficiency, ensuring that infrastructure remains secure and compliant with group requirements.

Professional Qualifications

• 5+ years in Fintech and 3+ years of experience in PDL (Payday Loan).
• Proven experience in driving P&L; understanding of financial analysis and unit economics.
• Excellent leadership skills; ability to build processes from the ground up.
• Proactive, independent, and results-oriented professional attitude.
