Dematic in Guadalupe, MX is seeking a Finance Intern to gain hands-on exposure to AP, intercompany, and tax processes within a global logistics tech leader. The role offers mentorship, structured tasks, and real responsibility in a dynamic finance team.

You will assist in accounting activities, prepare payment complements, and support internal reports while learning how financial operations sustain business growth in a hybrid office setting, Monday to Thursday onsite, Friday remote.

Formación

• Be a Bachelor's degree student in Accounting/Finance (6th semester+).
• Intermediate level of English (spoken and written).
• Excel proficiency (Intermediate–Advanced).

Responsabilidades

• Accounts Payable support for Mexican entities.
• Processing of Tax Invoices for third party customers.
• Follow up and control of Intercompany accounts receivable.
• Elaboration of payment complements (Fiscal Requirement).
• Intercompany invoicing for Mexican entities.
• Control of tax documentation and internal documentation.
• Internal operation reports- KPIS (Inventories, shipments, etc.).
• Support in accounting activities

Our office working days are structured to optimize productivity and collaboration. Monday to Thursday are designated to work on-site and Friday to work from home. Our office is located at Parque FINSA Guadalupe, Nuevo Leon.
