Schaeffler Mexico is seeking an Accounts Payable Support professional to handle invoice posting, digitization, and daily AP tasks. You will join a team that values accuracy, collaboration, and continuous improvement in a global technology company that emphasizes development opportunities.

The role focuses on supporting daily AP activities, assisting in weekly and monthly closings, and ensuring quality documentation for audits.

Formación

• English proficiency (B1/B2 level) required.
• Solid knowledge of MS Office (Outlook, Excel, Word).
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills; willingness to learn.

Responsabilidades

• Support the invoice posting process with accuracy and timeliness.
• Participate in optical recognition and digitization of invoices.
• Assist Accounts Payable with daily tasks and priorities.
• Collaborate in weekly and monthly closing activities.
• Monitor and follow up on KPIs relevant to AP performance.
• Prepare and verify documentation for audits and administrative purposes.

Your Qualifications
