Ericsson in Mexico City is seeking a Senior Construction Manager to lead the successful delivery of telecommunications deployment projects across complex and dynamic environments. You will serve as the primary interface between Ericsson, customers, suppliers, and internal stakeholders to ensure safe, efficient, and value-driven execution.

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related field.
• 6+ years in telecommunications deployment, construction, or network operations.
• Experience managing large-scale deployment projects.
• Strong stakeholder and customer-facing abilities.
• Knowledge of project planning and KPI tracking.

Responsabilidades

• Lead end-to-end telecommunications deployment and construction activities.
• Serve as the primary customer-facing operational lead for projects and sites.
• Coordinate Ericsson teams, suppliers, and customer stakeholders to meet delivery commitments.
• Drive project performance across schedule, quality, budget, and objectives.
• Identify risks, remove roadblocks, and resolve challenges proactively.
• Oversee planning, site readiness, construction activities, supplier performance, rollout execution.
• Ensure compliance with Ericsson, customer, and Occupational Health & Safety (OHS) requirements.
• Manage project budgets, forecasts, and financial performance during implementation.
• Support process improvements and KPI-driven excellence.
• Provide leadership and guidance across multiple stakeholders.
