Ericsson is seeking a Senior Telecom Construction & Deployment Lead in Mexico City to guide end-to-end network deployments, coordinating across Ericsson teams, customers, suppliers, contractors, and field crews to ensure successful site rollouts.

You will provide functional and technical leadership for construction activities, assess site readiness, determine build approaches, manage budgets and scope, and uphold safety, quality, and regulatory compliance throughout the deployment lifecycle.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related field is required.
• Fluent English and field experience in telecom construction.
• Experience coordinating contractors, suppliers, and field teams.
• Proven budget and scope management for civil works and backhaul.
• OSHA 30 telecom course completion is preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Provide functional and technical leadership for telecom construction activities.
• Coordinate stakeholders including customers, suppliers, contractors, and field teams.
• Act as escalation point for complex technical, operational, and deployment issues.
• Translate customer scope and throughput targets into deployment plans.
• Assess site readiness and determine build approach (self-perform vs. suppliers).
• Plan, coordinate, and follow up on deployment activities for effective rollouts.
• Manage work orders and budget adherence; support pre-sales estimates.
• Ensure compliance with EHS and regulatory requirements across deployments.
