Ericsson seeks a Senior Construction Manager in Mexico City to lead telecom equipment deployment for assigned sites, coordinating suppliers and field teams, and driving budgets and safety compliance.

The role requires extensive construction experience in the telecom industry, strong leadership, and deep knowledge of site acquisition, permitting, and contractor management. You will mentor field teams and interface with customers and landlords.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, IT or related field is required.
• 6+ years in telecommunications with hands-on construction experience required.
• Ability to design solutions and guide operations sequencing.
• Experience in site feasibility, civil works, and supplier coordination.
• Strong knowledge of construction processes, safety standards and laws.
• Experience leading contractors, estimating scope for civils, backhaul, and maintenance.

Responsabilidades

• Manage activities and personnel from Ericsson, customers, and suppliers per requirements and contracts.
• Oversee budgets and ensure adherence to financial guidelines.
• Ensure compliance with Project OHS requirements.
• Organize and coordinate telecom rollout activities effectively.
• Handle work orders and manage compensation processes.
• Plan and monitor quality assurance to meet project standards.
• Provide effort estimates during pre-sales and early project phases.
• Assess site suitability and determine build approach (self-perform vs. suppliers).
• Select and manage suppliers based on expertise, cost, and delivery needs.
