Sulzer is seeking a Field Superintendent to lead tower field services in Mexico. You will oversee the installation of mass transfer equipment and ASME code pressure vessel repairs, while ensuring safety, quality, schedule, and project budget across the full lifecycle from sales through billing.

You will supervise crews, coordinate with Project Management, Safety, Quality, Sales and Estimating, and interact with client contacts.

Formación

• 7-10 years of experience in tower field services related work.
• 3-5 years in supervisory positions in related fields.
• Fluency in English; strong oral and written communication skills.
• Ability to pass background checks, training, and safety requirements for entry into refineries and industrial facilities.

Responsabilidades

• Oversee installation of mass transfer equipment and ASME code pressure vessel repairs.
• Manage project scope, schedule, budget, and resources across the project lifecycle.
• Interface with client contacts and internal teams (PM, Safety, Quality, Sales, Estimating).
• Ensure work quality meets customer and industry standards.
• Create workplans, set productivity targets, and track progress to meet schedules.
• Document changes and approvals; manage field change orders.
