Sulzer is seeking a Senior Project Manager for Tower Field Service in Mexico. You will own end-to-end project execution, including estimating, pre-job meetings, scope validation, and invoicing, and you will strive to protect gross margins across multiple orders.

The role requires seven years of PM experience in engineered product manufacturing, strong negotiation and communication skills, and the ability to read engineering drawings.

Formación

• High School diploma or equivalent required.
• Seven years of project management experience in engineered product manufacturing.
• Strong customer service attitude and good negotiating skills are essential.
• Analytical and problem-solving skills for developing solutions on projects.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills across departments.
• Excellent oral and written communication for customer interactions.
• Proficient with MS Project or similar PM software.
• Knowledge of contract management and sales terms.
• Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings.

Responsabilidades

• Accept projects and verify PO scope matches quoted work and negotiated terms.
• Act as primary liaison between customer and Sulzer TFS; manage scheduling.
• Assess change requests, revise schedule and price; communicate impacts.
• Maintain daily communications and project reviews with customers and management.
• Provide direction to functions within the order scope, schedule, and budget.
• Maximize gross margin through change orders and cost reductions.
• Conduct gross margin reviews and ensure timely invoicing and closure.
