Alstom in Mexico seeks an Installation Team Leader to lead field installation activities for railway projects, ensuring alignment with design documentation and safety standards.

You will manage a multi-disciplinary team, coordinate with the Installation Supervisor and PrIM, and ensure quality, reliability, and timely handover of work packages across sites.

The role requires 1–2 years in relevant fields and a strong focus on EHS and problem-solving.

Formación

• Minimum high school degree, medium technical level in (preferably electronics or electric or electromechanics systems) or equivalent experience of 3 to 5 years in similar functions.
• Minimum 1-2 years’ experience in Industrial activities related to Electrical, Electronic, Fiber Optic Field within industry.
• Experience on railway products installation methods (Desirable).

Responsabilidades

• Execute installation activities according to design documentation and supervisor orientation.
• Comply with EHS procedures and maintain PPE as defined by EHS.
• Manage team for performing a task, review documentation, verify tools and materials, and train workers.
