Sulzer is seeking a strategic MTCS Operations & Chemtech General Manager to lead manufacturing across the Americas, with full responsibility for the Mexico facility and oversight of the Humble, TX operation.

The role focuses on operational excellence, manufacturing strategy, customer delivery, and financial performance while upholding safety and regulatory standards. Strong leadership and change-management capabilities are essential.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related technical discipline; MBA preferred.
• 15+ years of progressive leadership experience within industrial manufacturing or engineered equipment environments.
• Proven experience leading manufacturing operations with full P&L, operational, and cost accountability.
• Strong background in supply chain management, project execution, lean manufacturing, and continuous improvement methodologies.
• Demonstrated success leading organizational transformation, operational excellence, and change management initiatives within global organizations.
• Exceptional leadership, financial, and strategic planning skills with the ability to influence cross-functional teams and deliver sustainable business results.

Responsabilidades

• Lead all manufacturing and operational functions including Production, Project Management, Supply Chain, Quality, Business Improvement, and QESH to ensure safe, efficient, and customer-focused operations.
• Own operational performance, financial results, manufacturing strategy, and continuous improvement initiatives across the region.
• Drive operational excellence by improving quality, on-time delivery, cost, inventory, productivity, and cash performance.
• Partner closely with commercial leadership to align manufacturing capacity with customer demand and support profitable business growth.
• Build and develop high-performing leadership teams while fostering a culture of accountability, safety, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
• Ensure compliance with all corporate policies, regulatory requirements, environmental standards, and health & safety expectations across regional operations.
