INNIO in Guadalajara, Mexico, seeks a Technical Support Specialist to join the regional Technical Support Team in Latin America. You will provide first-class technical support for customers, manage ongoing networking with them, and lead hands-on field service on Jenbacher Gas Engines from 0.25 to 9.5 MW.

The role includes developing and delivering mechanical and control system training, remote monitoring analysis, and end-to-end issue resolution.

Formación

• Strong customer service mindset and ability to support teams and customers.
• 5+ years experience in a technical role or hands-on field service.
• Fluent in English (written and spoken) and able to communicate clearly.
• Willingness to travel mainly within Latin America.

Responsabilidades

• Set up and drive customer issues from first contact to resolution.
• Develop and deliver hands-on field service and training on engines and generators.
• Perform mechanical and electrical troubleshooting and maintenance.
• Collaborate with global teams to improve training standards and processes.
• Drive open items to conclusion within identified timelines.
