INNIO Group is seeking a Technical Support Specialist to join their regional Technical Support Team located in Guadalajara, Jalisco, Mexico. This role involves providing exceptional technical assistance to customers, fostering strong networks through service events, and resolving issues during maintenance.

Ideal candidates will have over 5 years of experience in a technical setting, possess excellent communication skills, and be able to work effectively in a multi-cultural environment.

Formación

• Over 5 years of experience in a technical role, particularly in issue resolution.
• Strong technical attitude along with good business acumen.
• Fluency in English, both written and verbal.

Responsabilidades

• Provide support for technical issues related to products.
• Conduct training courses for customers and team members.
• Perform hands-on field service work on gas engines.
