MX00 Agilent Technologies Mexico is seeking a Field Service Engineer to provide on-site technical support for Agilent and multi-vendor systems. The role covers installation, maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair of hardware, software, and network products at customer sites across northern Mexico, with up to 50% travel.

The candidate will train and mentor field engineers, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and ensure system performance and customer satisfaction.

Formación

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Chemical Engineering, Chemistry, Biology, or a related scientific discipline.
• Professional proficiency in spoken and written English.
• Willingness and ability to travel up to 45%+ of the time.
• Strong communication, customer service, and problem-solving skills.

Responsabilidades

• Install, configure, optimize, and maintain hardware, software, and network products at customer sites.
• Diagnose and resolve equipment, system, and product performance issues in a timely manner.
• Perform preventive maintenance, repairs, upgrades, and service activities to ensure reliable operation of customer systems.
• Advise customers on maintenance practices, system configurations, and best practices.
• Mentor and train field engineers and end users on equipment operation and troubleshooting.
