Formación

• Located in Morelia, MX.
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Chemical Engineering, Chemistry, Biology, or related field.
• 1+ years of experience in a similar role or as an end user of HPLC systems.
• Mexican passport and U.S. Visa.
• Valid driver's license with the ability to travel to customer sites.
• Willingness and ability to travel up to 45%+ of the time.
• Professional proficiency in English.

Responsabilidades

• Install, configure, optimize, and maintain hardware, software, and network products at customer sites.
• Diagnose and resolve equipment, system, and product performance issues promptly.
• Perform preventive maintenance, repairs, upgrades, and service activities for reliable operation.
• Identify and address potential issues to prevent downtime.
• Deliver integrated solutions including peripherals and software per design specs.
• Advise customers on maintenance practices and configurations for reliability.
• Mentor field engineers and train users on operation and troubleshooting.
• Conduct on-site equipment adjustments, validations, and system acceptance as required.
• Maintain accurate service documentation and comply with requirements.
