Job summary

Diebold Nixdorf, Incorporated is seeking a Field Service Dispatcher to serve as the main contact for Field Operations and to liaise with customers and internal teams. You will coordinate and monitor customer appointments, track technician status, and manage job pools and schedules to avoid overbooking and inefficiencies.

The role involves dispatching work to field service technicians and third parties, while ensuring SLAs and optimal workload distribution based on skills and spare parts

Qualifications

• Education or equivalent work experience required.
• Minimum of 0-2 years of relevant experience in Field Service Dispatch.
• Good written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Serves as the primary point of contact for Field Operations personnel and as liaison with customers and internal groups.
• Coordinates and monitors customer appointments to ensure timely and excellent customer experience.
• Monitors technical status to manage arrival times and shift completion.
• Monitors job pools and schedules, identifying unfilled time slots, overbooking, inefficiencies, cancellations and other situations with effective route control.
• Dispatching of all assigned work within the territory to field service technicians and third parties.
• Ensure SLAs and balance workload considering skills and spare parts availability in a cost effective manner.
• Assign or reassign work to meet customer commitments.
