Tampico Beverages is seeking a Field Sales Supervisor to lead sales strategies in Mexico City. This role involves managing partnerships with distributors and implementing marketing plans while driving performance goals.

Ideal candidates will have over 3 years of relevant sales experience, preferably in the Beverage Industry, and possess strong leadership and analytical skills. The position offers an opportunity to engage with various stakeholders in the market while ensuring effective execution of sales initiatives.

Formación

• 3+ years of sales experience, preferably in the Beverage Industry.
• Strong analytical and financial acumen.
• Fluency in English is preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Manage relationships with bottlers/licensees and their distributors.
• Collaborate to expand distribution through Go-to-Market strategy.
• Implement and track annual performance goals with bottlers.
• Coordinate with sales and marketing teams to achieve objectives.
• Analyze competitive landscape and develop value-added initiatives.
