CSS in Monterrey, MX, is seeking an Outside Sales Representative to develop new prospects and manage assigned customers to grow sales and margins. You will engage with technical, operations, supply chain and executive teams in face-to-face selling and account management.

You may develop bids, presentations, proposals and product demonstrations, and will travel to customer sites as needed. This role offers base salary with commission potential based on performance.

Qualifikationen

• High school diploma required; bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Outside sales experience required.
• Two years of industry experience preferred.
• Willingness to travel to clients and suppliers; travel up to 75%.
• Strong MS Office skills and ability to present.
• Excellent negotiation and communication skills.

• Assess customer needs and suggest products and solutions to ensure a smooth sales process.
• Execute and expand assigned account plans with management input.
• Drive billing margins through value-added services and promotions.
• Prospect new customers, including cold calling and referrals.
